The cottage is a heritage property and has been renovated to a very high standard, Therefore we'd ask for your understanding and compliance with our terms and conditions: CANCELLATIONS: Cancellations made up to15 days in advance will be fully refunded, thereafter no refunds will be given. SMOKING: No smoking allowed inside the cottage. PETS: No pets allowed. CHILDREN: This is a heritage property and we have been unable to alter the facade to install window guards. Therefore for safety reasons we are unable to accommodate children under 10 years. REGISTRATION: All guests must forward a copy of a government ID in advance of arrival to comply with local laws. MINIMUM AGE REQUIREMENT: The lead guest must be a minimum 30 years, For security we will request a copy of photo ID at time of booking. Failure to provide a photo ID will result in an immediate cancellation and refund. BEDROOMS: Guests reserving for 2 will have access to either the Queen or twin bedroom depending on preference. For your health security: COVID19: The cottage is thoroughly sanitized between visitors including all remote control devices. ALLERGIES: All bed linens and furniture are hypoallergenic. No animals allowed inside.
